David Lloyd ~Peacefully, at Sakura House on Thursday, January 11, 2018, Dave lost his courageous battle with cancer at the age of 72 years. Loving husband of Linda Wills (Nardella), father of Lisa (Dave) Pizzey, Bill (Krista) Wills & Becky (Mike) Ryksen and grandfather of Kirstyn & Kyle Pizzey & Kurtis, Michael, Lauren & Brooke Ryksen. Dear brother of Marilyn Lowes & brother-in-law of Wilma Wills. Dave will be remembered by Linda's children & family and his many nieces, nephews & cousins.
Dave is predeceased by his parents Gordon (1981) & Marion (1994) Wills; sister Shirley Bucholtz (1978); brothers Gordon (1989) & Billie (1942); and brothers-in-law Fred Lowes (2002) & Gord Bucholtz (1995). Dave was a Civil Engineer and had a long career as a truck driver. But his love was farming as he farmed for many years on the family farm north of Burgessville. “You will be forever in our hearts”
Family & friends were received at the Arn-Lockie Funeral Home, 45 Main St. W., Norwich, on Wednesday, January 17th from 5-8pm. Funeral service was held at the Norwich United Church, 80 Main St. W., Norwich, on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Sydney Elias officiated. Spring Interment in the Burgessville Baptist Cemetery. Donations to Sakura House, Woodstock Hospital Foundation or the London Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
