Elsie Jean - Peacefully with her family at her side at VON Sakura House, Woodstock on Thursday June 18, 2015, Elsie Christo (Willett), formerly of Otterville, at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Douglas (Nip) Christo. Loving mother of Donna and husband Ken Stevenson of Tillsonburg, Marlene and husband Chris Haggith of Langdon, AB. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Jeremy Murray and wife Samantha of St. Mary's, Paul Murray and wife Amanda of Otterville, Kelley and husband Jon Nutbrown of Alberta, Kristen and husband Andy Nutbrown of Burford, Andrew Haggith and wife Jo of Calgary, David Haggith and Jess Crane of Calgary; and nine great-grandchildren. Sister of Ethel Hunt of Paris, Gladys Heemskerk and husband Harry of Norwich, Ina Blois of Windham Centre. Predeceased by sisters Hazel Mitchell, Audrey Clifford, Mary Wetherup. Friends will be received at THE ARN-LOCKIE FUNERAL HOME, 45 Main St. W., Norwich (519) 863-3020 on Sunday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral service to honour Elsie's life will be held at the funeral home on Monday June 22, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Chris Haggith officiating. Interment to follow at Otterville Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to VON Sakura House.
