Jessie Elaine ~ Peacefully and beautifully, surrounded by the love of her family, in her home on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, in her 98th year, Jessie Tribe. Beloved wife and life partner of the late Harry Tribe (2011). Ongoing inspiration to her children Lahring Tribe and Jeff (Diane) Tribe.
Adored by her grandchildren Robert Cairns, Leanne Tribe (Arnold Sooknanan), Lindsay (Joel) McKie, Lori (Michael) Visser, Jeremy (Lyndsay) Tribe and great-grandchildren Sebastian and Tristan Sooknanan, Alanna and Hallie McKie, Lyla and Nora Visser. Predeceased by her brother Murray Rettie and dearly missed by her sister-in-law Grace Rettie and their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also missed by brother-in-law Richard (Pauline) Tribe and members of Harry's extended family.
Family and friends were received at the ARN-LOCKIE FUNERAL HOME, 45 Main Street West, Norwich, ON 519-863-3020, on Monday, July 30, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday, July 31, 2018 from 10-11 a.m., at the Norwich United Church, 80 Main Street West, Norwich, ON. Funeral service was held at the church at 11 a.m. Reverend Sydney Elias to officiate. Private family interment will occur prior to visitation and memorial service. Donations in memory of Jessie may be made to Norwich United Church.
