John ~ It has pleased the Lord to take from us, with his family at his side, at His time, my loving husband, our caring father, grandfather and great-grandfather, at the age 87, on Monday, January 1, 2018.
Beloved husband of Hendrika (nee Byl). Loving father of Adrian Lobbezoo and his wife Neeltje; of Woodstock, ON, Leonard Lobbezoo and his wife Carollee; of Woodstock, ON, Marsha Moens and her husband Alex; of Chilliwack, B.C. and Rita Wallet and her husband Gary; of New Durham, ON. Cherished by his 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Family and friends were received at the ARN-LOCKIE FUNERAL HOME, 45 Main Street West, Norwich, ON 519-863-3020, on Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Friday, January 5, 2018 at the OLD REFORMED CONGREGATION, 313719 Dereham Line, Salford, ON, from 10-10;45 a.m. Funeral service was at 11 a.m., D.V., Elder R. Bredeweg officiated. Interment at the Otterville Cemetery. No flowers, donations in memory of John, may be made to the charity of choice.
