Lois Kathleen - Peacefully at Caressant Care, Courtland on Tuesday December 22, 2015, Lois Ward , formerly of Norwich, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Ward (1999). Dear mother of Neil and wife Joanne of Norwich. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Jennifer Bhogal and husband Harp and their children Nevan and Leila of Toronto, Matthew and wife Heather of Kilworth, Lisa Lea of Toronto, Derek Lea and wife Janet and their children Charlotte and Isabella of Toronto. Sister of Lionel Hanmer and wife Jean of Midland, Dianne Bertrand and husband Tom of Woodstock. Predeceased by parents Clinton and Exie Hanmer, sister Muriel Lossing, brother Calvin Hanmer. Lois was a longtime member of Norwich United Church, in the choir and UCW. Friends will be received at THE ARN-LOCKIE FUNERAL HOME, 45 Main St. W., Norwich (519) 863-3020 on Monday December 28, 2015 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral service to honour Lois' life will be held at Norwich United Church on Tuesday December 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Sydney Elias officiating. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Norwich United Church or Alzheimer Society
