MCKIM
Margaret "Marnie" ~ The children of Margaret Anne McKim (nee Kibler) with respectful relief and sadness announce the passing of our dear mom, on Thursday, August 16, 2018, after a long and accepting journey through Alzheimers.
Close to mom's heart was a very precious friendship she shared with her ever so faithful girlfriend for over 55 years, Charlene Andrew. Mom immensely enjoyed a kind and caring relationship with Jake Goor and his family with whom she spent many great times with. Mom was most proud of being a mother to her four children Debra, Richard (Betty), Christine (Kevin) and Melanie (Pat).
She was blessed with 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her older sisters Betty Blair, of Kingston; and Nancy Grant, of Fort Erie. Predeceased by our dear dad, Stan (2012), sons-in-law Mel Guthrie (1986), Mark Talbot (2013) and daughter-in-law Nancy McKim (2016).
We welcomed you to come and visit with us at the ARN-LOCKIE FUNERAL HOME, 45 Main Street West, Norwich, ON 519-863-3020, on Monday, August 20, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, and Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 10-10:45 am.
